5-HTP is a metabolized form of l-tryptophan that the body can use directly to make serotonin, a neurotransmitter which plays a definitive role in how we feel and function. This product is used for sleep disorders, depression, anxiety, migraine, and weight  loss. 

Suggested Use:  Take 1-4 tabs daily

Caution:  5-HTP should never be used in combination with SSRI's, MAOI's, or Carbidopa.
