This product takes 4 - 12 weeks to see relief of pain and improved joint mobility. **Theoretically, because it is a sugar, Glucosamine could effect blood sugar in diabetics, however this has not been reported clinically.
**There is concern that glucosamine derived from marine exoskeletons might cause reactions in people allergic to shellfish, although no reactions have been reported.
