AL-J is an herbal combination formulated to thin, break up and clear respiratory congestion in the sinuses and lungs. It has been used with hay fever, indigestion, pneumonia, and swollen glands from lymphatic congestion. Works especially well in humid climates.

Ingredients: Proprietary Blend - 1760mg (amount per 4 capsules)

Boneset Aerial Parts (Eupatorium perfoliatum), Horseradish Root (Armoracia rusticana), Mullein Leaves (Verbascum thapsus), Fennel Seeds (Foeniculum vulgare), Fenugreek Seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum)

Suggested Use: Take 2 to 4 capsules every 2 to 4 hours as needed for relief of symptoms.
