Nature's Pharmacy has compounded this Calcium / Magnesium in a convenient powdered form for optimal absorption.  The powdered form of these minerals is also very convenient for those who have trouble swallowing capsules or hard tablets.  Calcium is most often used for hypocalcemia, osteoporosis and osteomalacia.  Magnesium is most often used for hypomagnesemia, as a laxative for constipation, and for restless leg syndrome.  Calcium and Magnesium work opposite each other inside the body, thus, either one helping keep the other in balance.  For this reason they are often found and sold together.

Ingredients:  (amount per 1 teaspoon)                            Calcium Citrate - 500mg elemental Calcium,                    Magnesium Citrate - 500mg elemental Magnesium

Suggested Use:  Mix one teaspoonful in water or juice one to two times daily.
