Proprietary Extract Blend: 2.5ml - Chamomile Flower, Jujube Seed, Hawthorn Berry, Catnip, Lemon Balm, Long Pepper Fruit, Licorice Root, Amla Fruit, Magnesium Taurinate, Calcium Carbonate, Gotu Kola, and essential oils of Anise Fruit, Cassia Bark, Clove Fruit

other ingredients:  purified water, vegetable glycerine, potassium benzoate, potassium sorbate

Suggested Use:  Take 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon, 2-3 times daily.  May be mixed with water,juice or taken directly.
