Cosamin DS is an exclusive formula created for the protection of cartilage. Glucosamine, a main active ingredient in Cosamin DS is a material the body can use to build new tissue within the joints, cartilage and tendons. It is used mainly for osteoarthritis. Chondroitin Sulfate, the other main active ingredient, bonds with collagen to form the basis of connective tissue.  It helps attract fluid, thereby bringing nutrients into the cartilage and providing shock absorption. This product takes 4 - 12 weeks to see relief of pain and improved joint mobility. Cosamin DS, is a double strength formulation of glucosamine and chondroitin.

Ingredients:  (amount per 1 capsule)

Sodium 35mg (as bound to sodium chondroitin sulfate), Vitamin C 16mg, Manganese 3mg, Glucosamine HCL 500mg (99% Pure), Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate 400mg (95% Pure)

Other Ingredients:  gelatin, water, magnesium sterate, titanium dioxide, FD&C Blue #1

Suggested Use:   Take 1 capsule 3 times a day.
