Glucosamine is a material the body can use to build new tissue within the joints, cartilage and tendons. It is used mainly for osteoarthritis.  Theoretically, because it is a sugar, Glucosamine could effect blood sugar in diabetics, however this has not been reported clinically. Chondroitin prevents the further breakdown of cartilage. MSM is used for the chronic pain of all types of arthritis, musculoskeletal pain, tendonitis, bursitis and muscle cramps etc.  This product reduces inflammation and swelling, often within days. The combination of products rebuilds cartilage tissue and improves fluidity of synovial tissue.  This product takes 4-12 weeks to see relief of pain and improved joint mobility.

Suggested Use:  Take 1 capsule 5 times a day with glass of water and food.
