Magnesium Malate - 1000mg - 180 Tablets

Magnesium is an essential mineral that is involved in energy and carbohydrate metabolism. It has been used as a laxative for constipation, cardiovascular diseases and gastric hyperacidity.  Specifically the malic acid in magnesium malate is a key mineral in the treatment of fibromyalgia. 

Ingredients:  (amount per 1 Tablet)

Magnesium - 150mg

Other Ingredients:  calcium carbonate, cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, steric acid,magnesium sterate, silica

Suggested Use:  As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet 3 times daily, preferably with meals.

**Contains NO sugar, salt, starch, corn, soy, wheat, gluten, milk or preservatives.  This product contains a minimum of 60% Malic Acid.
