Nettle Leaf supports the healthy function of the upper respiratory system. Various studies have explored the use and actions of nettle leaf, nettle roots and its constituents. A randomized, double-blind study was conducted comparing 300mg of nettle leaf with a placebo in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. In those 69 subjects that completed the study, 58% rated it effective in relieving their symptoms and 50% found it to be equally or more effective than their previous allergy medication.
