Various herbs have been shown to be quite effective in BPH. (Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy). In order of effectiveness, they are Saw Palmetto Extract,  Pygeum Africanum, Stinging Nettle. All three herbs are found in N.P.'s Prostate Formula. Some people respond better to one herb than another which is why they are often found in combination.

Ingredients:  ( amount per 2 capsules)

Saw Palmetto 500mg, Nettle Extract 250mg, Pygeum Africanum 100mg, Zinc 15mg, Lycopene 5mg, Pumpkin Seed Powder 300mg

Other Ingredients:  gelatin, brown rice, magnesium sterate
